What is the benefit of hiring UA Consultants?

We will work with you to understand your specific needs, whether to help you win more tenders, deliver a project, provide you with our project delivery framework, or rescue a project from failing. We at UA Consultants have a tender writing process that will help you to win more tenders. We also have a project delivery framework that will help your projects from failing. Our company is here to help you deliver your promises to your clients so you can focus on your business.

How long does it take to write a tender?
This all depends on how large or complex the tender is. Some tenders could be completed in a few days whilst others could take a couple of weeks. We promise to deliver the tender before the submission closure date. We also expect our clients to be responsive when dealing with us. At the time of onboarding our consultants will talk more about the timeframe in more detail.
Is it worth submitting a tender, even if I don’t have a relationship with the company I am submitting the tender?
Yes, of course. Responding to a tender is another marketing tool. This will get your business brand and exposure out to the marketplace. We have seen numerous times where our client has been contacted by their competitors after the tender has been awarded to collaborate to deliver the project. Don’t discount your company, because a project might need your services to deliver.
What happens if I already have the documentation and just need a review?
We are more than happy to be engaged in reviewing your tender submission. This will help you to be prepared before the panel interview process, in case there are some gaps in your responses. We can point them out to you so, you have time to fix them or we can help you to close those gaps.
